These Terms govern your use of xpertmap.in and its sub-domains (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that give false information or break these Terms.

2. Business listings

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, products, prices, offers and job posts. You must have the right to represent the business you list. We may review, edit for formatting, reject or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful, duplicate or that infringes someone else's rights. A "Verified" badge means we checked some documents; it is not a guarantee of quality.

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience. Paid, fake, incentivised or defamatory reviews, and reviews of your own business or a competitor, are not allowed. We may moderate or remove reviews. Business owners may reply publicly but may not offer rewards for changing a review.

4. Jobs

Employers must post real vacancies and must never charge candidates any fee for applying, interviews or joining. Candidates must give truthful information. XpertMap is not the employer and is not party to any hiring decision.

5. Enquiries and leads

When you send an enquiry, your name and contact details are shared with that business so they can respond. Businesses must use lead details only to respond to that enquiry and must not sell or misuse them.

6. Paid advertising

Ad placements run for the period purchased once payment is confirmed. Prices include or show GST as applicable. Ads may be paused or removed without refund if the listing breaks these Terms. Refund requests for technical failures on our side are handled case by case within 7 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited use

You may not scrape the Platform, upload malware, post illegal, adult or hateful content, impersonate others, spam users, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours.

8. Content licence

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give XpertMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format and promote it on the Platform and in related marketing.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Transactions happen directly between users and businesses. To the extent permitted by law, XpertMap is not liable for any loss arising from dealings between users and businesses or from content posted by others.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
